SALARY RANGE: $54,560 - $73,205
Ad Valorem - 2.40 parish property (ad valorem) tax mills are dedicated to employee salaries. The annual receipts from this tax are distributed to employees twice a year, one-half in January and one-half in June. The amount of each employee’s supplement is the employee’s salary multiplied by the annual percentage (computed each year based on actual tax revenues).
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Hold a high school diploma or have passed an equivalency test approved by the Department of Education.
*Have a minimum of four years of full time work experience or 7,680 hours of experience in the selected career and technical field.
*Complete a new instructor workshop, if necessary.
*In addition to CTTIE certification, a current license must be held when a state or national license is required in the workplace.
* This individual will exhibit skills and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, and the community
* Business Knowledge
* Willingness to obtain CTE training and certifications
